On a map of Amsterdam, all the street names are written in Italian, or more precisely in the Venetian dialect. Although there are many similarities between the two cities, their structures are very different, one being geometric and rational, the other more organic. In the work there is a kind of fusion or exchange between them, echoes of one in the other.
