I do not think it was ever shown. It was only reproduced in catalogues. I did it very much for the sake of the images. I suppose I wouldn't call it 'Holocaust' now, because even though it's still 'Everything Burned', having studied so much about the Second World War and the Shoah, the term now has very different connotations from the - more personal - ones I wanted to give this object at the time.
