This object was originated by my first thought on self-referentiality. At least I see it this way now, when the matter has become so important in my understanding of art and life. The sculpture was shown at Galeria Barnola, in Barcelona, and sold to the collection of La Caixa. The picture with me in the wall was shot in Villoslada de Cameros, a small village in the north of Spain where I was living for nine years.
