Por mí, por todos mis compañeros y por mí el primero (For Me, for All My Friends, and for Me First of All) is a follow up of If Alive, a 2003 exhibition in which I started, twenty-three years in advance, the preparations for my 65th birthday party, that will happen on January 2026.
This 2016 event is happening on the occasion of my 55th birthday, ten years before the party, and it consists of an exhibition in Galería Trinta in Santiago de Compostela (Spain), a lecture, and a publication. These contain art objects, images, ideas and anecdotes that cover the whole conceptual spectrum of the project.
